As a Specialist Outbound Logistics (m/w/d) you are responsible for the outbound flow of goods from plant to customer. You must have the ability to plan the downstream network in a short-term horizon and coordinate transports to deliver finished goods on time, in the right quantity, and in the most cost-effective way for the company, while ensuring inventory efficiency and customer service to the marketing and sales units.

• Meet customer service level targets, by providing best possible supply situation to all national and international manufacturing units and marketing and sales units.
• Contact for all internal and external customers and external transportation service provider, internal or external warehouse provider as well as co-Manufacturing service provider about transportation of semi-finished and finished goods.
• Coordinate all shipping related activities to ensure a smooth product supply to all customers.
• Guarantee compliance of required delivery and customs documents.
• Perform customer service projects to improve procedures and reduce costs. 
• Ensure that inventory targets semi-finished goods and finished goods are on track.
• Minimize aged stock and transport lead time.
