Job Description

We are looking for a young professional to join the Sweden Controlling team. In this small controlling team of two, this individual will be very visible within the organization and to the local management. They will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, for a dynamic product and managing both internal and external stakeholders. This individual will be the right hand of the Controlling manager, and support in driving the Professional coffee business in Sweden. As a global company, JDE provides opportunities for young talents to develop both nationally and internationally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Finance business partnering for the Marketing and Operations functions.
  • Supporting Key Account Managers on analysing and redesigning existing and new customer contract structure for discounts and rebates
  • External stakeholder management with our sister company in Sweden and Finland on pricing
  • Performing monthly reporting drumbeats (period end closing) alongside the Controlling manager and the accounting team based in Copenhagen.
  • Building budgets, forecasts and managing the internal control process
  • Local finance business process owner for system roll outs/upgrades, for Salesforce and Business Analytics
  • Managing ad hoc financial/reporting projects

Qualifications

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business/Finance/Economics
  • 4-5 years professional experience in commercial environment, in FP&A or Controlling
  • Swedish & English language skills
  • Very strong analytical skills and business/financial understanding
  • Business communication and presentation skills
  • Driven, passionate and ambitious
  • Strong MS Excel modelling skills, Power Point skills
  • Preferably, knowledge of SAP
  • Work permit in Sweden

Nice to have:

  • FMCG experience
  • MBA or equivalent
  • Power BI
