Global Energy Engineer
Job Description
Identifies (and proposes to NL for review and approval) optimal Energy consumption technical solutions for our key technologies
Standardize the optimal solutions for the full company
Identifies with the plants the financially compelling changes to drive energy and cost competitiveness, according to the identified standards
Develops a standard and detailed Energy roadmap for all JDE factories, with clear focus to have a more sustainable production facilities.
Works effectively with Global Engineers, R&D, Plant Managers and plant engineering managers around the globe, to enable standard, robust and timely execution of the Energy consumption improvement roadmaps.
Qualifications
One previous Engineering assignment in process technologies
Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in manufacturing
management in Food, Pharma or Process Industry business
environment;
Profound knowledge of Lean, TPM methodologies and proven track
record of leading successful implementations on a company scale;
Experience in leading international teams, remotely, without
hierarchical reporting line with the team members
Experience of working in an International and multi-cultural
environment;
Experience in working in a Matrix organization;
Possesses strong leadership and influencing skills;
